Job Description:
- We are seeking to hire an exceptional intern - who wants to become a training professional - to join our training team and learn to enhance and improve upon the competencies of our users. Additionally, conduct training programs that will improve our audience’s performance in line with the company’s strategic goals. The role will require a close working relationship with the Chief Performance and Officer and Head of People. Specific duties include, but are not limited to

Internship Requirements
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and assess training needs within the company.
- Translate training needs into specialized targeted courses and development plans for individuals and functions.
- Implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness and quality.
- Build an internal network of internal trainers and organize regular Train the Trainer sessions.
- Deliver training courses and assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee learning & development.
Qualifications
- 1+ Year training/ teaching experience
- An ideal candidate should combine a unique blend of exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- They should possess an energetic disposition along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and take initiative regularly.
- They should be rigorous, pragmatic and on-the-ground solution focused – not overly academic
- Fluent in English
