Responsibilities:
- The social media officer will be responsible for attracting and interacting with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior user engagement and intimacy, website traffic and Egypt Innovate community by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing road map.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage creative social media campaigns, covering all social media channels.
- Hands-on interaction with users within social media presences (facebook, twitter,.. etc) and platform contact us channels
- Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc
- Conduct primary and secondary research on related content, latest trends and customer needs to actively contribute ideas, insights, and recommendations to the editorial team.
- Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc Ensuring that all produced content meet established standards.
- Execute graphic designing efforts required for online content packaging and social media campaigns.
- Other related engagements defined by the CEO.
