- Project agenda: 1st-week educational lectures, 2nd-6th weeks - internship in the company, Gala Event
- Analysis of the company internal processes
- Creating new procedures for improving the effectiveness of project participants
- Making market research for new expansions
- Assessment of project results compared to objectives
