Internship Description
Autotronics Research Lab is a Lab inside Ain Shams University which aims to develop the Automotive Industry and especially the Electrical Vehicle industry in Egypt. The lab team has entered the race of developing an autonomous vehicle since 2016 and has been contributing to the intelligent transportation systems society since then. We have several collaborations with some of the leading universities in the track and we are aiming to reach full autonomy in 2020.
Job Description:
- Responsible for choosing, identifying the required hardware, responsible for performing the required P.C.B design and fabrication tasks in addition to designing the required wiring designs and implementation also sensors handling (selection and interfacing) not to mention dealing with actuator drivers and DACs

Internship Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering). Could be a fresh graduate or in his last two years in collage.
- GPA >= 3.3 however not mandatory
- Excellent Knowledge of Electronics and Power Electronics Circuit Design
- Excellent Knowledge of PCB Design and Fabrication.
- Excellent Knowledge of Sensor, Actuators and Processing Units.
- Good Embedded Knowledge and Good knowledge of DAC (data acquisition cards) is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of Autonomous Systems and especially autonomous vehicles.
- 0-1 Years of Experience.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Communication Skills.
- Product design aspect is a plus
