General Accountant

Job Description:

• Report financial statements to Schindler's finance head.
• Provide up to date costing sheet.
• Monitor and process daily expenses.
• Input general entries and control changes.
• Assist and control on daily petty cash closing.
• Include making income or expense entries into the accounting system., accounts payable, payroll or accounts receivables.
• Check entries for accuracy; they make necessary corrections and file documents as needed.
• Record and scan of all vendor invoices and maintain books of accounts for these companies.
• Cross checking of vendors’ payments.
