Job Summary:
- Helping Account Managers in handling customers’ requests & all related issues and to create long-term trusting relationships with customers.
Job Description:
- Collecting Samples from procurement or production and send it to client either with courier or personally
- Assist in creating the project plan with account manager according to customer's time lines.
- Updating the client with project status every step on the way
- Follow up the production progress and assuring the respect of timelines
- Getting approval from Account Manager on deliverable (Designs, Presentations, Samples… etc)
- Attending Event installation all over Egypt
- Creating Client and production presentations.
- Participate in quotation creation.
The intern will learn:
- Customer Servicing
- Project Management
- The pace of the industry
- All advertising and event management terminologies
- What is branding and how to apply it in real life.
- Researching
- Presentation skills
- Has a preference to be hired in blueocean in the future.

- Excellent command of English
- Graduated from Marketing or Media Management Department
