Job Description:
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategies for Front Office, Back Office, Restaurant, etc.
- The hotel shall provide meals during shifts.
- Directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, competitors and other members of the local community.
- Internship can be for 6 months too.
