Internship Description
- Receive electronically the placed orders.
- Revise the contents of the order and required data to make sure that the orders are ready to be processed.
- Take the required actions on the orders.
- Contact the Customers over the phone to complete any missing information.
- Follow up the customer's tickets in order to resolve any issues.
- Make outbound calls to collect information and/or inform the customers of any updates regarding their order
- Follow up the purchased items on daily basis.
- Update the tracking details & estimate delivery of each item.
- Follow up the movement of the shipment till delivery to the warehouse.
- Contact the websites in case of shipping delay to accelerate shipping.
- Follow up the delayed item at the warehouse and contact them in order to be shipped to its destination.
- Follow up the damage/missing items at the warehouse and take the appropriate action with the Websites.
- Take the required arrangements in order to return item (s) to the websites if needed.
- Reply to the customer inquiries and complains through the tickets system.
- Follow up the purchased items on daily basis.

Internship Requirements
- Excellent English (written & spoken).
- Flexible to work five days a week from 10 am to 7 pm, 2 days off.
- Very Good Computer skills.
