Job Description:
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
The intern will learn:
- Recruiting, Job Postings, and Employment Applications
- Interview Process
- Writing an Offer Letter
- On boarding a new hire and entering into a HRIS
- Increase communication skills both orally & written
- How to Deal with social insurance office.
- How to handle the requests of employees in Medical Insurance.
- Fundamentals of HRM

Internship Requirements
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
