Internship Description
We are looking for smart and enthusiastic Information Systems graduates who can help us research different features of ERP solutions and conduct a gap analysis between the solution offerings and our needs and requirements.
Configuring and Customizing the selected solution will also be part of the internship.
Job Description:
- Requirements Elicitation of the different stakeholders at Spark
- Delivering a professional report of functional and technical requirements of the solution
- Comparing the different relevant tools/ ERP solutions currently available in the market in terms of features and cost (This may require requesting trial instances, preparing demonstrations of shortlisted solutions and testing different configurations of the solutions)
- Recommending a solution that best fits the company’s needs and constraints
- Handling the procurement process and the relevant paperwork
- Configuring, customizing and testing the solution before going live
- Conducting user training and preparing documentation if needed
- Planning a smooth go-live process
The intern will get a real hands-on experience with a real ERP selection process and will witness the practical impact of process automation on enhancing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
