Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Perform laptop and desktop Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems including clean-up and diagnostic work.
  • Provides user training on laptops use, printer connection, share drive access and other similar items.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Support company employees across all systems with technical issues.
  • Install equipment to support business needs.
  • Performing maintenance on existing systems and applications
  • Maintaining/creating documentation associated with internal infrastructure.
  • The positions include the following areas of concentration Systems Administration Help Desk and Technical Support

Internship Requirements

  • Strong Command or English Language written and spoken
  • Self motivated and committed
  • Information Technology Major is a must
  • New Cairo or Maadi residence is a plus
