Job Description:
- Perform laptop and desktop Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems including clean-up and diagnostic work.
- Provides user training on laptops use, printer connection, share drive access and other similar items.
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Support company employees across all systems with technical issues.
- Install equipment to support business needs.
- Performing maintenance on existing systems and applications
- Maintaining/creating documentation associated with internal infrastructure.
- The positions include the following areas of concentration Systems Administration Help Desk and Technical Support
