HLPR Business Development function is the role of the founder. Basically, you will live the life of being a startup manager.
During the training period, you will learn how to run a startup and a basic knowledge of all the departments and how to bootstrap your success.
This internship requires a multi-skilled individual to do the job right.
Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence:
Job Description:
- Monitor daily operations and follow up with the operations team
- Outline operations trends and present findings
- Find solutions to operations bottlenecks
- Daily bookkeeping
- Archive all employees records
- Contribute in the business plan and followup its implementations
- Documenting all business processes
- Assist Marketing department
The intern will learn:
