Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Provide outstanding customer service support through effective and timely use of phone & whatsapp chat.
  • Identifying new potential clients and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making a lot of cold calls.
  • Account management duties; maintaining contact with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow-ups.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues from customers with a solution and satisfaction-oriented mind-set.
  • Perform administrative functions and update client accounts.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handling the day to day operations.
  • Working closely with the social media & marketing teams and getting involved with all aspects of the end-to-end digital projects as well (including web-development, design, testing, operation, etc...).

  • Good command of written and spoken Arabic/English.
  • Good communication, presentation & selling skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to learn new skills and execute quickly.
  • You need to be organized, confident and hardworking with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for getting involved in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment where creativity is encouraged.
  • Owns a working laptop.
  • Highly developed sense of humor.
