Job Description:
The mumm Customer Satisfaction (Intern) is a very unique and challenging
position as it requires a multi-skilled individual to do the job right. You shall be
responsible for;
- Getting in touch with our clients to ensure their satisfaction Surveying clients and seeking their feedback on our service to ensure
- highest service level
- Engaging in the operations cycle and getting exposed to our whole business cycle from order placing until delivery.
- Maintain mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time
The intern will learn:

- Excellent communication skills, which enable you to express ideas in a way that creates commitment and trust.
