Job Description:
- Monitor game operations to ensure that Vroom rules are followed, City Stars regulations are adhered to, and that employees provide prompt and courteous service
- Monitor operational quality or safety.
- Monitor Gamers activities to identify problems or potential problems.
- Communicate with management or other staff to resolve problems
- Explain and interpret the rules, such as game rules for patrons
- Maintain knowledge of business operations.
- Conduct amusement or gaming activities
- Record, issue receipts for games
