Role description:
The companies of the Gaucho Association of Startups are looking for exchange students of Internationalization. They will work closely with other interns to develop and implement an action plan to internationalize the company.
Start Dates are
- December 2nd, December 15th, January 6th and January 20th.
- Intern needs to bring personal computer.
Duration: 8 weeks
Main activities
- Generate analysis of startup current x ideal state, regarding marketing and market positioning;
- Develop a project in terms of the issues detected and the strategic direction of the startup;
- Analyse the market place, international competitors and competitive advantages;
- Create an action and positioning operation plan to internationalization;
- Implement the marketing and positioning operation plan for the startup focus.
