Job Description:
- Support tickets coordination and follow up
- Log support tickets and track status with different team members
- Support customers and company engineers by providing troubleshooting/knowledge transfer
- Assist clients with installation, configuration, upgrade and resolving issues remotely for company software solutions
The intern will learn:
- Using ticketing system to manage support operations
- ITSM products installation and configuration
Internship Start date: 01/06/2018
Duration: 1 Month (ends with full-time job offer if candidate meets requirements)

- Fluent English
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Principles of windows, office, network.
