- Announce for vacancies either internally or externally and keep track of applicants.
- Pre-screen and classify CVs that match with job description and related competencies.
- Update the recruitment pool and data base through the e-recruitment system.
- Prepare schedule for interviews within the department and line managers.
- Integrating and tailoring psychometric assessments that best fits the position using e-recruitment.
