Internship Description
- Research & recommend new opportunities to generate new business /Contacts
- Arranging and attending meetings with clients
- Receiving new briefs from Clients & managing them with other departments
- Briefing clearly & following up with the Creative, Art, Exhibition & Production team to ensure having best outcome
- Maintain Relationships with Clients by providing support, information & guidance
- Handling the briefs processes
- Negotiating the client’s contracts & Creating the price offers (quotations)
- Supporting Account Manager & Senior account executive in handling the workflow
- Ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Creative input in brainstorming sessions based on client requirements understanding
- Following up with all entire departments to ensure all deadlines will be met with the best quality
- Attending events installments
- Undertaking administration tasks& Manage all paperwork (Working orders, invoices…)
Internship Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in the same position preferably in the same industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Students can apply for part-time
