Community Research & Growth - Intern

Job Description: Below are just some of the responsibilities every intern will not be expected to deliver on all of these just a prioritized few based on areas of interest:

• Following up on community members to complete their profile for more efficient networking and clustering the community into areas of expertise
• Researching tools and categorizing these tools based on effectiveness and
• Feedback analysis – categorizing and reporting on data from user feedback and understanding our main area of impact
• Coming up with Gamification ideas for our DOTS Planner product
• Research to continue to build the databases of contacts in various target markets
• Testing habit change tools online ( so it will allow the intern to work on their own habits and improve)
• Categorizing the customer needs from applications - find out why they decide to apply
• Update our competitor’s comparison matrix for different products

The intern will learn: We will have a development program with interns joining us where every week for 4 weeks we will teach you one of the following tools that helped us grow as individuals or as startups:

• How to fill in a personal mapping sheet and think about what you want to do for your career further.
• How to build a healthy work environment using elrehla methodology
• How to research for competing ideas of yours as a startup idea and to compare yourself to them to find out your main edge as an idea
• Journey of starting up: sharing with our interns key learning from our own journey of trying to build a brand through elre7la
• How to build your idea using different questions to consider when starting up (introduction to different canvas)
• Your assignments would mainly be working with Co-Founder and Learning Director of ElRehla

Internship Start date: ASAP

Duration: 1 month minimum (extendable if needed)
