Internship Description

Job Description:

    • Drafting job descriptions before posting job vacancies
    • Develop job ads before putting them out on different advertising platforms.
    • Screening resumes
    • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
    • Administering appropriate company assessments
    • Performing reference and background checks
    • Making recommendations to the company hiring managers
    • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
    • Following up on the interview process status
    • Communicating employer information and benefits during a screening process
    • Completing timely reports on employment activity

    The intern will learn:

    • First-hand experience on the everyday duties of HR Recruitment Department.
    • Gain knowledge and better understanding of the different HR Functions and Operations.

    Application Deadline: April 1st 2018

    Duration: 3 Months with Employment opportunity for those who excel in their Performance Evaluation.

    Internship Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    • Very good Communication Skills
    • Previous Extracurricular Experience (Student Activities) in HR is a plus.
    • Marketing skills of a recruiter.
    • Decent Time Management
