Job Description:
- Drafting job descriptions before posting job vacancies
- Develop job ads before putting them out on different advertising platforms.
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to the company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during a screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
The intern will learn:
- First-hand experience on the everyday duties of HR Recruitment Department.
- Gain knowledge and better understanding of the different HR Functions and Operations.

Job Requirements:
- Very good Communication Skills
