Recruiter - Internship

Job Description:

• Ensuring a smooth recruitment process with a high potential candidates to all the departments; starting from;

  • Receiving a hiring request from the direct manager
  • Search in the database
  • Post an ad on the social media websites
  • Filtering the resumes
  • Send the filtered resumes to the direct manager
  • After receiving the filtered candidates started to make a screening over the phone and the selected candidates are allowed for an onsite interview
  • After an initial HR interview and a passed technical one with the direct manager the accepted candidate receive a job offer

The intern will learn:

• Learn how to lead and run A smooth and professional recruitment process
