Internship Description
The people and Culture function is the new approach for the Human Resources function. The mumm People & Culture (Intern) is a very unique and a challenging position as it requires a multi skilled individual to do the job right. Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence;
- Assist in the recruitment cycle by CV screening, phone screening and the on-boarding process
- Support in setting and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Getting exposed to our Values, mission and vision which contributed to creating our competency framework
- Assist in all mumm People & Culture initiatives driving the business to success
- Act as the HR business partner for other interns.

- Any university discipline (Preferably HR Study)
- Senior Year and can join on a full time basis after graduation
