Internship Description
Job Description:
- Undertaking site surveys
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Ensuring sites comply with international safety standards
- Preparing design packages and project planning for on-going projects;
- Preparing designs and proposal offers for small-scale PV systems;
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Site supervision for PV installations;
- Updating and maintaining project controls throughout project life-cycle;
- Preparing O&M documents and O&M activities for completed projects.
Working conditions
- Daily working hours are typically from 9am – 6pm consisting of 8 hours per day with 1-hour break.
- Overtime will be necessary when required.
- During project installations, Engineer must be on site for 20 days per month yet the rotation and holidays will be scheduled based on work conditions and requirements.
Duration: 3 months.

Internship Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent
Technical skills:
- Auto-CAD
- Microsoft Office
- An eye for detail
- Problem solving
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
Physical requirements
The internship will require visits and extended stays to/in off-grid zones which would require an ability to be comfortable with long road trips as well as handling managing construction sites.
