Role description
Candidate should have an ability to communicate clearly when interacting with the client and agency partners ,Curiosity to learn further about the advertising business and account management from emerging media and technology, trade publications, industry blogs and industry collateral. An action-oriented entrepreneurial spirit and a laser focus on the outcome, not just on the process
Main activities
- Provide On-going Client Service Support
- Learn digital agency processes and ensure they are followed
- Build a foundation of knowledge for the client’s business, products and category
- Travel to client headquarters and work on establishing trust and respect with clients
- Assist in setting up digital campaigns, creating digital campaigns and tracking results
- Keep team fully informed of account activity, challenges and opportunities ongoing
- Help digital team write creative briefs, keep track of finances and manage timelines
- Write Meeting reports & historical assets in well-organized and easily assessable manner
- Coordinate client meetings
- Learn client’s internal software to complete client asks
- Monitor digital campaigns from start to finish
- Support to pitch for new clients
