• Analyze the tourist sites potential
• Do market research about the tourist sites
• Analyze Indonesians behaviour and interests
• Create a new concept for the tourist sites based on community based-tourism
• Create a marketing-business plan for the selected tourist sites
• Create the activities framework for the proposed new concept of the tourist sites
