Job Description:
- Creation or aggregation of written copy with a focus on the company’s employer brand, adjusting for tones, styles, and voices applicable to each platform.
- Pre-schedule and post teasers for upcoming events or initiatives.
- Research and create hashtags consistent with the company’s employer brand.
- Monitor posts, respond to comments and repost when applicable.
- Manage engagement for appropriateness and escalate when needed.
