Arabic Customer Service - Intern - India

SALARY: INR 30,000 PER MONTH Customer Care Executive:-

• You will be required to communicate with customers from around the world over phone calls, text chats, emails and other means where necessary such as social media.
• You will be responsible for understanding the problems the customers are facing, investigate independently or with help of other team members, find a resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
• You will be responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and give inputs on improving our products.
• You will be working in a multi-tasking environment
• you will also be involved in other sales, marketing and HR activities as and when required.
• It is important that you must speak good English and the required language mentioned below.
• As a company we operate in 24x7 environment, so all our team members have to work in shifts.
