Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Manage the communications between the clients and the company.
  • Understand and collect the clients interests, demographics and information.
  • Handle clients complaints, take the ownership and solve it with other departments.
  • Give the clients the required support to facilitate their use of our website.
  • Build good relationship with clients and facilitate their transactions with the company.
  • Promote and sell our products to the interested clients.
  • Follow up with clients to get their feedback after receiving their purchases.
  • Help in surveys to get their feedback on a specific issue required by management.

The intern will learn:

  • How to deal with middle and upper level clients.
  • How to work in team.
  • Online selling tactics.
  • Facebook page management.
  • Problem solving.
  • Communication skills.

Application Deadline: 8th Feb 2018

Internship Start date: 17th Feb 2018

Duration: 1.5 months and then if you succeeded you will be part of Le Garage Team as "Customer Relationship Management Executive"

Internship Requirements

  • Graduated.
  • Customer focused person.
