Internship Description
Your main role will be managing the website operations, customer service and logistics will be done in the main office.
Main Activities:
- Management of customer relations and customers database.
- Respond to customers calls, mails and inquiries.
- Issuance of customers new file.
- Conversion of customer’s inventory database to eNaseej database.
- Training of customer on eNaseej portal.
- Inventory data entrée including: item photo shooting, writing of description, categorizing items.
- Monitoring customers respond to inventory update and quality of items presentation.
- Develop a strategy to maintain level of quality for inventory data entrée.
