Internship Description

Your main role will be managing the website operations, customer service and logistics will be done in the main office.

Main Activities:

  • Management of customer relations and customers database.
  • Respond to customers calls, mails and inquiries.
  • Issuance of customers new file.
  • Conversion of customer’s inventory database to eNaseej database.
  • Training of customer on eNaseej portal.
  • Inventory data entrée including: item photo shooting, writing of description, categorizing items.
  • Monitoring customers respond to inventory update and quality of items presentation.
  • Develop a strategy to maintain level of quality for inventory data entrée.

Internship Start date: 1 March 2018

Duration: 6 weeks
