Job Description:
- Listing potential customers for new business
- Providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Providing feedback on future buying trends
- Representing your organization at exhibitions & events
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with your company's managers
- Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
The intern will learn:
- The sales intern will find many opportunities to gain professional training, recognized qualifications, and skills you can readily transfer from one industry to another.
- The phases of the sales cycle (including tips and tricks from our team of experts on how to master each one.
- Cold calling techniques that will help you connect and pitch the right people to each prospective customer.
- How to use CRM, programs, to help make your process more efficient and effective.
- How to communicate with the marketing department to produce great sales collateral
- How to create expert presentations for our outside sales team to pursue key clients.
