Job Description:

Assist People Manager in following tasks :

  • Delivering full life-cycle recruiting(source, screening and prepare candidates for interviews)
  • Job description writing
  • Optimize office conditions and maintain healthy and innovative work environment
  • Suggest and supervision of employee retention activities, such as knowledge transfer sessions, team outing, employee of the quarter etc
  • Maintain pool of resumes for future staffing
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Onboard new hires
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs

The intern will learn:

  • Recruitment Process
  • Administration Task
  • Events Planning
