Job Description:
- Providing support in installing/configuring networking equipment.
- Assist the ICT team with day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with (LAN), (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the previous issue has been resolved.
The intern will learn:
- An inside view of Prometeon's work environment of multinational.
- A real on the Job training on functions & challenges.
- A chance to further develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Duration:
- 3 months (Renewable based on performance and business needs for a maximum of 2 years.)
Internship Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Computer Science or MIS or BIS or Computer Engineering - Fresh Graduates only ( 2018 - 2019)
- Excellent to V.good English Commands
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Basic knowledge in (CCNA- MCSE) is preferable
- Attentive & capable of working under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Good deal of patience in handling requests and supporting employees in IT issues
