Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire Technical Office across all disciplines, including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical.
Lead and manage Supply Chain Management, including Procurement & Tendering activities.
Lead the Planning & Project Controls functions and ensure effective project monitoring and control.
Ensure proper coordination between Technical Office, Supply Chain, Planning, and Project Management teams.
Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and overall performance.
Provide strategic technical and managerial direction to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with company objectives.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
17+ years of relevant experience in reputable Construction and/or Real Estate Development companies.
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary Technical Office teams.
Strong background in Procurement & Tendering and overall Supply Chain management.
Strong experience in Planning & Project Controls.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
