Monitor and optimize utility consumption to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Oversee waste management and eco-friendly practices.
Develop and manage the facility management budget.
Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure contracts with vendors and service providers align with financial and quality standards.
Oversee relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
Ensure facilities provide a high-quality experience for guests and employees.
Address facility-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Implement improvements based on guest feedback and industry trends.
Lead facility expansion, renovation, and improvement projects.
Collaborate with engineers and architects on construction and design initiatives.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Certifications in facility management, sustainability, or safety compliance are an advantage.
Experience:
+ 20 years of facility management experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in operations, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives.
Experience in managing large-scale properties, resorts, or hospitality-related facilities.
