Job Responsibilities
You will support the Founder in managing several international business projects, mainly in the fragrance, cosmetics and B2B industries.
Business Development
Identify new distributors, wholesalers and B2B customers.
• Research new business opportunities across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
• Build prospect databases.
• Conduct LinkedIn prospecting.
• Follow up potential customers.
• Assist with quotations and commercial offers.
• Track customer samples and collect feedback.
• Maintain CRM records.
• Prepare commercial reports.
• Coordinate customer requests.
BioScent Ltd Development
Support the commercial development of BioScent Ltd (United Kingdom).
Responsibilities include:
• Managing enquiries received from the website.
• Supporting customer communication.
• Following up orders.
• Preparing quotations and invoices.
• Helping expand our international distribution network.
Digital Operations
• Manage LinkedIn company pages.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Support executive personal branding.
• Organize commercial documents.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Coordinate internal projects.
Artificial Intelligence & Automation
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools to prepare professional emails, reports and commercial documents.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions.
• Improve internal processes using digital tools.
Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

Required Skills
• Fluent English.
• Good French (professional level preferred).
• Fluent Arabic.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, International Sales, Commercial Operations or Export.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI productivity tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with previous experience in one or more of the following industries will receive priority:
• Perfume
• Fragrance
• Cosmetics
• Beauty
• FMCG
• International Distribution
• Chemical Industry
Previous experience working for a fragrance manufacturer, perfume distributor, cosmetics company or international trading company is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Digital Marketing or Automation tools will also be considered a valuable asset.
