We are looking for an organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure that all teams and processes are working efficiently.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing workflows, monitoring team performance, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Make sure all operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs.
- Identify operational problems and provide effective solutions.
- Improve existing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Monitor service quality and ensure client issues are handled professionally and on time.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Client Service, HR, and other teams.
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth operational process.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational or transaction-related issues.
- Work with IT to improve internal systems and operational tools.
- Manage and develop the Operations team through coaching, training, and performance follow-up.
- Help control operational costs and improve the use of company resources.
- Support senior management in achieving business and operational goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Operations or a related role.
Previous experience managing a team is required.
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Brokerage, Fintech, or a similar industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to manage KPIs and team performance.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good command of English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and accountability.
