Job Description

GoZagel is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Customer Care/Engagement Coordinator to manage our daily customer communication channels and support light marketing/admin tasks.

Main Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, website chat, email forms, and incoming calls.
Review website bookings and follow up with customers when needed.
Provide shipment status updates and handle customer-facing refund follow-up.
Reply to a limited number of incoming sales calls and help convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with the operations team when a customer issue requires courier or shipment investigation.
Update customer records and follow CRM workflows accurately.
Support GoZagel email campaigns and blog publishing.
Keep customer communication clear, professional, and timely.
Help update basic reports and customer-related records when required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Very good Arabic communication and writing skills.
Good English.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, Google Sheets, and online tools.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Organized, responsive, and able to follow up consistently.
Comfortable receiving customer calls.
Previous experience in customer support, ecommerce, call center, sales support, moderation, or admin work is preferred.
Basic interest or experience in digital marketing/content publishing is a plus.
Previous experience in logistics is a big plus.
