Plan and follow up on preventative and corrective maintenance activities

maintaining for A.C and sanitary systems including cooling towers chillers centrifugal or absorption, pumps, air handling system &BMS for hotels and shopping malls and reporting to the General manager.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting and planning for maintenance requirements and equipment replacement.

Respond to emergencies such as power failures, water leaks, equipment breakdowns, and fire alarms, with clear escalation and recovery procedures.

Report regularly to senior management on maintenance performance, risks, and upcoming needs.
