Job Description
Supervise the operation and maintenance of industrial utilities, including Ammonia Refrigeration Systems, Boilers, Steam Networks, and Compressed Air Systems.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical failures, and minimize unplanned downtime.
Ensure continuous utilities supply to support production operations.
Monitor energy, fuel, and water consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Lead and supervise utilities engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and food safety standards.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Power Mechanical Engineering.
7–9 years of experience in industrial utilities operation and maintenance.
Previous supervisory experience is required.
Strong technical knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration Systems and Industrial Boilers.
Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy efficiency.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of industrial safety procedures and emergency response.
