Work with engineering companies to review and approve detailed design.
Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed schedule for automation activities.
Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate the projectschedules and plans.
Provide status updates to internal leadership.
Manage the resources responsible for the configuration and testing of thesoftware components.
Manage deliverables from support teams and automation hardware vendors.
Directs and manages all staff associated with Calibration, Quality Control, andRepair, Logistics, and Inventory Control.
Develops and maintains Key Performance Indicators and reporting of anydeficiencies or negative trends, proposing corrective actions to the Senior Management.
Ability to take ownership of the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
schedule, perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.

10+ Proven work experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
Understanding of automation technologies, control systems, and PLC.
Knowledge of robotic automation systems, hardware operations, and industrial automation software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage projects and work within a team.
Strong understanding of safety and data handling procedures.
BSc degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
