Job Description
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Develop microservices architecture for high-throughput, low-latency data processing
Build event-driven systems using Kafka, Kafka Streams, or similar messaging platforms
Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and optimize query performance
Collaborate with Frontend, Data, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features
Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito)
Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes
Job Requirements
Proven and practical hands-on backend development experience
Proficiency and proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem
Experience building microservices and REST APIs at scale
Working knowledge of Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching (Redis)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP, and clean code principles
Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and agile practices
