Job Description

  • Develop and implement the company's supplier ethics and social compliance program.

  • Conduct ethical and social compliance assessments and audits of farm suppliers.

  • Verify suppliers' compliance with the company's Supplier Code of Conduct, labor laws, and applicable standards.

  • Ensure suppliers provide fair wages, reasonable working hours, safe working conditions, and prohibit child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and harassment.

  • Identify non-compliance issues and work with suppliers to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to promote ethical business practices and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor supplier performance through audits, site visits, and compliance reviews.

  • Maintain accurate records of supplier assessments, audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, HSE, Legal, and Farm Operations to address supplier compliance issues.

  • Provide guidance and training to suppliers on ethical sourcing requirements and labor standards.

  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on supplier compliance performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

  • Stay informed about changes in labor legislation, ethical sourcing requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources.

  • 2–5 years of experience in supplier evaluation, social compliance, sustainability, auditing.

  • English Advanced.

  • Microsoft Office Applications and reporting Tools.
