About the Role
We are looking for a Projects Delivery Specialist to manage the operational delivery of training programs, events, and beneficiary journeys.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams independently, solving operational challenges, working with data, and using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and the beneficiary experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Process Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Operations, Program Operations, Event Operations, Customer Experience, or similar fields.
Excellent level of English.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Good knowledge of Google Workspace and productivity tools; familiarity with ClickUp, CRM systems, and Zoom is an advantage.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve daily tasks and workflows.
Strong organizational, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
