Oversee the company's overall financial operations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and cash flow plans.

Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee tax compliance, external audits, and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Establish and improve financial controls and accounting procedures.
Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.
Previous experience in real estate development companies is required.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Odoo ERP systems.
