- Welcoming and assisting clients at the company showroom in a professional manner.
- Explaining product details, fabric types, and helping clients choose suitable items.
- Handling the delivery of orders to clients and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Providing excellent customer service before and after sales.
