Job Description
Lead and manage all engineering and technical operations within the mall.
Supervise the operation, maintenance, and performance of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other building systems.
Ensure the mall’s facilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor maintenance contracts, SLAs, and contractors’ performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, and facility management standards.
Prepare and monitor engineering budgets and operational costs.
Handle technical issues, emergencies, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Lead the engineering team and ensure effective performance and manpower planning.
Prepare regular technical, maintenance, and performance reports for management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10–15 years of relevant experience in engineering and facility management.
Previous experience in Shopping Malls, Commercial Centers, or large-scale Facilities is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building maintenance.
Proven experience managing engineering teams and maintenance contractors.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good command of MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
