Job Description
Project Planning & Execution
Develop project schedules, implementation plans, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines and scope.
Coordinate with design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning teams.
Scope & Technical Management
Ensure proper execution of low current systems such as:
CCTV & Surveillance
Fire Alarm
Access Control & Intercom
AV Systems
BMS & Lighting Control
Structured Cabling & Data Networks
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
Manage design changes, variation orders, and scope modifications.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
Attend coordination and progress meetings.
Provide project updates, risk reports, and commercial impact assessments.
Team Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary project teams (site engineers, supervisors, technicians).
Assign roles, set performance expectations, and resolve conflicts.
Ensure health & safety (HSE) compliance across all activities.
Cost & Budget Control
Monitor and control project costs and resource usage.
Approve procurement requests and evaluate subcontractor performance.
Ensure alignment with budget and minimize variation claims.
Project Closing & Handover
Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client.
Ensure delivery of full documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties).
Conduct project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions.
Job Requirements
A- Technical competencies required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in project management of low current systems.
PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Strong technical background in low current and ELV systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera is a plus).
B- Behavioral Competencies required
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams.
