  • Strong background in Architectural Design, with experience in medium- to large-scale real estate projects.

  • Ability to handle client modifications and technical customer requirements.

  • Proficiency in integrating and coordinating multidisciplinary designs, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring design deliverables.

  • Familiarity with relevant software tools for architectural design and documentation, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Must be currently residing in Alexandria, Egypt.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
