As an Annotation Specialist at Abwab, you will play a critical role in enabling our AI systems to make accurate credit and financial decisions. You will be responsible for accurately labeling and tagging financial data—primarily from bank statements, financial reports, and transactional records—to help train and validate machine learning models. This role requires strong attention to detail, data interpretation skills, and a basic understanding of financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret bank statements, financial documents, and transactional data.
Accurately label and annotate data based on predefined taxonomies and annotation guidelines.
Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in data and escalate for clarification or correction.
Work with the AI engineering and product teams to improve data structures and annotation efficiency.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency across annotations.
Meet daily and weekly annotation quotas and deadlines.
Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure annotation quality standards are met.
Provide feedback to improve annotation tools and documentation.
